Buttermilk Pancakes with Raspberries and Nutella Maple Drizzle

I’ll admit, pancakes are usually a vehicle for maple syrup in my book, but this time I tried topping them differently.

The topping is half Nutella (softened in the microwave), and half maple syrup.  This made for a delicious breakfast, though it’s probably better suited for dessert crepes.  Next time…
