Today I tried Cabot’s recipe for Creamy Cheesy Cauliflower Soup. The recipe was easy to follow, and the results were excellent. I made a few small changes: 1 tbsp. dried dill, added half way through the cooking time in place of the fresh dill, and Cabot’s Hunter’s Seriously Sharp cheddar cheese instead of the reduced fat version.
